This is a apple cider vinegar wash that can be used for difference uses, like your yoni wash, body wash or  hair wash.

For Body Wash

Apple cider vinegar makes one of the best all round body washes and it restores the Ph balance and cleanses the skin. Works wonders as a detoxifying skincare tonic because of its ability to regulate the pH of the skin. It contains acids, including alpha-hydroxy acids, which help dissolve the oil and sebum that clog pores while also encouraging skin renewal on the body

For Yoni

Your vaginal pH can get unbalanced by many things you probably encounter on a regular basis, including menstruation (because blood is pH neutral, which is higher than your optimal slightly acidic yoni), tampons that have been inside you for too long, and diet (including sugar and gluten, which make you more acidic). Antibiotics can knock out the good flora while they’re destroying whatever unwanted bacteria you’re taking them to vanquish. ACV can balance my pH.

Hair Wash

Our hair and the natural oil that comes from our scalp, known as sebum, have a pH level of between 4.5 and 5.5. When kept at this acidity level, the scalp is safeguarded against fungal and bacterial growth, ensuring healthy hair. Then proceed with a delicate shampoo and hair conditioner.
